ROSSLYN, VA—Madison Homes and ResmarkLand and Housing, a division of The Resmark Cos., haveplans to build a townhome community here. The project will feature25 four-story, single-family townhomes with an architectural designsimilar to late 19th Century brownstones. They will range from2,300 square feet to 2,599 square feet.
This is the second project the two are partnering on, the firstbeing 1745 N St., in Dupont Circle in the District.
The project, called Rosslyn Commons, will belocated on N. Oak street on the northeast corner and 16th RoadNorth
