NAPA, CA—DivcoWest and developer Orchard Partners have purchased 218-acres of industrial land located directly south of the Napa County Airport on Devlin Road in American Canyon.
The new property owners are expected to develop state-of-the art logistics facilities that will take full advantage of the property's access to major freeways and rail service.
“This is a well positioned investment opportunity for these two accomplished real estate firms, especially given the tightening market for industrial real estate in Napa and the East Bay area,” said Brooks Pedder, executive managing director and EVP of Colliers International. Pedder and Colliers colleagues Phil Garrett, Bill Kampton and Steve Crocker facilitated the transaction.
