HANOVER, MD—San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. has added a warehouse building here to its industrial portfolio.
The firm paid $8.65 million to seller Frank Industries Inc. for the 117,600-square-foot warehouse building at 7447 Candlewood Road. The property, built in 1986 by Frank Industries, is leased to Berry Plastics through March 2022, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
Cassidy Turley's Jonathan M. Carpenter represented the seller in the transaction. “This will be a long-term strategic holding and a nice addition to Prologis' high-quality portfolio in the region,” Carpenter says.
Industrial sales in the Baltimore region has been brisk of late. The industrial vacancy rate in Anne Arundel County is 10.1%. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
