MIRAMAR, FL—Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions has leased more than 24,000 square feet of space at Sunbeam Properties' Miramar Park of Commerce complex here.

The provider of cost-efficient engineered solutions, equipment and services for the maritime and offshore industries has relocated to the park and leased 24,200 square feet of space in MPC-11 at 2785 N Commerce Parkway.
