As the longest standing member and co-leader of the firm'sagency group, Turchin reportedly has become known throughout thecity as a specialist for building repositions and ground upconstruction. His notable agency projects include towers 3, 4and 7 at World Trade Center, the New York Times Building, TimesSquare Tower and 11 Times Square. Turchin has been awarded asa Top Leasing Broker from Co-Star every year since 2004.

As a licensed attorney, Turchin's combined legal and businessbackground has proven to be a major advantage in arranging,structuring and negotiating transactions. Turchin also isactive in the real estate community, regularly teaching internalclasses and continuing education classes for the Real Estate Boardof New York.
