PHOENIX—Kiewit Technology Inc. announces the acquisition of et alia, LLC's assets related to SAP software development, implementation and consulting. KTI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, is a leading provider of technology solutions for the construction and engineering industry.
With this acquisition, KTI is further expanding its marketable solutions that can help construction and engineering companies maximize their SAP tools and technologies. et alia's extensive technology offering, including its CREW solution, focuses on helping construction companies efficiently implement and better leverage their investments in enterprise resource planning.
