PHOENIX—DM Nutraceuticals has moved into a 33,624-square-foot, multi-tenant warehouse at the Normal Junction Tempe distribution center, 1895 S. Los Feliz Dr.
DM Nutraceuticals, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements, signed a long-term lease and recently relocated. The 51,730 SF warehouse is now 100 percent occupied.
“This transaction had a very quick timeline and required concerted focus and effort by all parties to complete” says Jackie Orcutt of Cushman & Wakefield who helped negotiate the lease. “Normal Junction provides an ideal location just off the Loop 101 in northeast Tempe for tenants desiring to service the Scottsdale and Southeast Valley markets efficiently.”
Orcutt and John Grady of Cushman & Wakefield represented joint venture partners BlackRidge Real Estate Group and American Realty Advisors. Rick Lee of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
