UNION CITY, CA—Capping a seven-month, $91 millionrun of commercial real estate transactions in the SanFrancisco Bay Area, Westcore Properties recentlycompleted a $55 million sale in Concord, and an $8million purchase in Union City.

The Concord, property consists of two class A officebuildings totaling nearly347,000-square-feet of office space at 1320-1390Willow Pass Road. A joint venture between PrudentialInsurance Company of America andMontgomeryAdvisors, which is headquartered in SanFrancisco, purchased the class A buildings located 31 miles east ofSan Francisco.

In the transaction, Westcore Properties was represented byGrant Lammerson with Cushman &Wakefield and the buyer by James Cliffordof Montgomery Advisors. The office towers are multi-tenanted with amix of local and national tenants.
