DALLAS—Woodbine DevelopmentCorporation has made several changes to itsmanagement team, including the retirement of veteran GregMowatt as chief financial officer and promotion ofJim Cihak to that position. Additionally, Woodbinehas hired John Davis to serve as vice president ofasset management, a role previously held by Cihak.

“Greg's stability and depth of experience will be missed,” saidJohn Scovell, Woodbine president and CEO. “I'mcomforted in knowing that he has groomed Jim for the CFO position.Both Woodbine officers have played a large part in Woodbine'ssuccess over the years. Mowatt had been with Woodbine for 38 years andwas involved with virtually every hotel project in the company'sportfolio, as well as financial engineering for Woodbine and itsother real estate projects. Jim Cihak has served as senior vicepresident of asset management for Woodbine for the past 30years.
