DALLAS—U.S. Capital Advisors LLC has signed anew lease of 9,656 square feet at TheCrescent in Uptown. TonyClick, vice president of leasing for Crescent Real EstateEquities LLC, represented the owner while Matt Heidelbaugh ofCushman & Wakefield represented U.S.Capital Advisors.

The firm's wealthmanagement division provides a full range of advisory services andsolutions to high net worth individuals and family offices. Itscapital markets division, which includes the firm's, equityresearch, institutional client, investment & merchant banking,and public finance businesses, advises corporate, institutional andmunicipal clients. USCA was founded in 2010 and is privatelyowned.

U.S. Capital Advisors, which will office on the 11thfloor in the 300 Crescent building,expects to make the move in June.
