ATLANTA—Donna W. Hyland, president and CEO ofChildren's Healthcare of Atlanta, has been electedto the Board of Directors of Cousins PropertiesInc.

She joined the REIT's Board effective May 6, according to acompany announcement. Hyland has served in various positions withChildren's since 1998, including chief operating officer and chieffinancial officer. She is also a director of the Advisory Board ofSunTrust Bank of Georgia and StoneMountain Industrial Park, Inc., and holds leadershippositions in a number of major charitable organizations, includingRonald McDonald House Charities, MetroAtlanta and Georgia Chambers of Commerce,and the University of Georgia Board ofVisitors.
