PHOENIX—Trammell Crow Company announces that Cullen Mahoney has joined the company's Phoenix Business Unit as an associate. In his new role, he will assist in all aspects of the commercial development and acquisition process, including financial analyst, deal sourcing, marketing and due diligence.
“We are pleased to welcome Cullen to the Trammell Crow Company team,” says Cathy Thuringer, principal with Trammell Crow Company's Phoenix Business Unit. “He will play an integral role as we identify new opportunities and continue to build brand awareness in the Arizona market.”
Cullen earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University where he served as a team captain on the Lion baseball team. While at LMU, he was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee where he aided other student-athletes in their pursuit of excellence. Following his time at LMU, he received the West Coast Conference Sportsmanship Award, given to the student-athlete who embodies respect, honesty, and integrity in competition. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. He is also a licensed salesperson in the state of Arizona.
