TORREY PINES, CA—CBRE says thatAltheaDx has signed a long-term lease for a 69,808square foot corporate headquarters building in Torrey Pines.
The newly renovated campus-style facility, located at10578 Science Center Drive in the TorreyRidge Science Center, features pharma-qualityinfrastructure and numerous on-site amenities, including afull-service cafeteria with indoor/outdoor dining, conference andtraining facilities, a fitness center and walking trails withexercise stations.
