TORREY PINES, CA—CBRE says thatAltheaDx has signed a long-term lease for a 69,808square foot corporate headquarters building in Torrey Pines.

The newly renovated campus-style facility, located at10578 Science Center Drive in the TorreyRidge Science Center, features pharma-qualityinfrastructure and numerous on-site amenities, including afull-service cafeteria with indoor/outdoor dining, conference andtraining facilities, a fitness center and walking trails withexercise stations.

“We are thrilled to have theopportunity to help AltheaDx open an exciting new chapter in itshistory,” said Rich Danesi, SVP with CBRE, “themove places the company in the hub of the San Diego pharmaceuticaland biotech industry, and surrounds them with world-renownedresearch institutes and universities.”

AltheaDx plans to move fromits current Sorrento Valley location in the first quarter of 2015.Ted Jacobs, Brent Jacobs and Greg Bisconti ofCushman & Wakefield represented AltheaDx. Thelandlord, Legacy Partners, was represented byRich Danesi and Ryan Egli of theCBRE Life Sciences group.
