MIAMI—Alternative workspace is gaining astronghold in Miami—and Pipeline Brickell is seeing plenty oftraction in the Financial District. Pipeline, the firstshared office space to open there, has wooed a mixof more than 250 entrepreneurs to its collaborativeworkspace.

“Our membership continues to grow and diversify, with newentrepreneurs joining Pipeline, adding new perspectives andbringing their expertise to our space,” saysPipeline cofounder PhilippeHoudard. “Over the past year, we have observedcollaborative encounters translate into business opportunities andconnections among our members. We look forward to seeing thecreative collaborations that develop next in our space.”

The newest tenants are: Panda, a manufacturer of high-endsunglasses; creative agency We Are Visual; and Splyst, a socialdiscovery engine that allows users to collect and display thethings they enjoy on the web.
