FAIRFIELD,NJ–Bussel Realty Corp. brokered the sale of a33,484-square-foot industrial flex facility here for $2.6 million.The building was acquired by Smart-MNLS, a vase supply company.
The sale of the property at 25 Dwight Place for Ented Associateswas handled by James Hodgkins of BRC.
“Smart-MNLS was attracted to the property for its excellenthighway access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Port Newark/Elizabethand inland routing destinations,” Hodgkins said.
