BOSTON—CBRE Group reports that it has hiredSteve Wendel as FHA Lending Head of Production forits capital markets multifamily division based here.
Company officials say Wendel, formerly with BerkeleyPoint Capital, will play a key role in CBRE's plannedexpansion of its FHA lending platform for both multifamily andseniors housing loans.
