BALA CYNWYD, PA–The construction firm LF DriscollCo. has taken a long-term lease of 20,500 square feet at401 City Ave. here, in a deal negotiated byBinswanger.

LF Driscoll, which has had its headquarters in Bala Cynwyd formore than 20 years, is the largest locally-based constructionmanager in the Philadelphia region.

Binswanger represented LF Driscoll and also the buildingowner.
