QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA—One of Australia's most iconicGreat Barrier Reef islands, GreatKeppel Island, is the focus of a search forinvestors to capitalize on the largest development approval eversecured in the area, including the country's only islandcasino zoning.

The campaign to seek partners forthe $1.87 billion ($AUD2B) project is spearheaded by golfinggiant Greg Norman, who has designed a championship18 hole course onthe island. He was in Queensland this week to reveal the fullyapproved, multi-faceted luxury tourism and villa developmentplans.

With Norman's GreatWhite Shark Enterprises,global agents JLL have been engaged to source internationalinvestors and the prominent investment bank, Moelis& Company, has beenengaged as lead financial advisor to the project.
