SAN FRANCISCO—TMG Partners, one of the BayArea's largest mixed-use property developers, has promoted threeexecutive-level employees.
Matt Field, previously managing director, hasbeen promoted to chief investment officer; CathyGreenwold, previously executive vice president of capitalmarkets, has been promoted to vice chairman; and LynnTolin, previously director of asset and propertymanagement, has been promoted to executive vice president. Togetherthey represent over 90 years of industry experience.
Field has been with TMG Partners for 21 years,responsible for managing acquisitions and dispositions, whilesupporting the firm's development activities. In his role as CIO,he will have lead responsibility for the real estate portfolio andwill chair the Investment Committee.
