FORT WORTH, TX—CBRE has added Fort Worth-area valuation and advisory services for office, retail, industrial, multifamily and other commercial property types.
Fort Worth residents Micah Beck, who joined CBRE in 2011, and Trey Evans, new to the company as of January, intend to grow the team in the coming years. In addition to property valuations and market studies, the team offers litigation and eminent domain specialty services.
“We are excited to expand our capacity to better handle our rapid growth in the eminent domain and litigation markets,” said Beck. “CBRE is uniquely equipped to compete in these markets—outside of our proprietary data resources, we have a competitive advantage in our worldwide network of brokerage and capital markets professionals. Our working relationships with other CBRE professionals allows us access to market information directly from the front lines.”
Significant major area appraisals completed by the team include:
· West 7th mixed-use development
· Sinclair Building
· NBC Studios at CentrePort Business Park
· Texas A&M University School of Law
· Texas Wesleyan University School of Law
· One Ridgmar Center
· Northern Crossing Business Park
· Trinity Commons
· Eastchase Market
· McPherson Ranch master planned development

“While CBRE already had a strong presence in Tarrant County, being physically located in Fort Worth provides boots-on-the-ground knowledge and perspective,” said Arleen Cassidy, CBRE co-managing director. “Micah Beck grew up in the area and has established deep roots and strong professional connections, making him ideally suited to lead the Fort Worth office.“
Beck and Evans are currently located in the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Fort Worth. They will move into a new office with CBRE's Fort Worth brokerage team later this year.
