FORT WORTH, TX—CBRE has added Fort Worth-areavaluation and advisory services for office,retail, industrial, multifamily and other commercial propertytypes.

Fort Worth residents Micah Beck, who joinedCBRE in 2011, and Trey Evans, new to the companyas of January, intend to grow the team in the coming years. Inaddition to property valuations and market studies, the team offerslitigation and eminent domain specialty services.
