MIAMI—Clarion Partners has acquired the formerSeaFreight Agencies headquarters building. Clarion grabbed the48,000-square-foot building for $4.6 million.

Transwestern managing directors BenEisenberg and Walter Byrd, along withsenior associate Carlos Gaviria representedSeaFreight. Clarion engaged Transwestern to lease the building,which is located at 2800 Northwest 105th Avenue in Miami's AirportWest submarket.
