COLUMBUS—Gladstone Commercial Corporation hasjust purchased the three-story, 114,786-square-foot, multi-tenantoffice building located at 7450 Huntington Park Dr. ilumbus, for$11.8 million. The property serves as the headquarters forQuantum Health, Inc.

Quantum helps employers with self-funded health insurance plansguide their employees and dependents through the healthcare systemand get the most out of their benefits. A regional privately-ownedbusiness occupies the remaining 8% of the space.
