ELIZABETH, NJ—Dollar Tree has signed a leasefor 11,400 square feet to bring its Deal$ storeconcept to 58 Broad St. here.
The lease deal was announced by R.J. Brunelli & Co.LLC, which serves as Dollar Tree's exclusive real estaterepresentative in the state of New Jersey. R.J. Brunelli SeniorVice President Danielle Brunelli-Albrechtrepresented the retailer in the transaction. She also representedDollar Tree last year in its leases for Dollar Tree and Deal$locations in: Neptune, Raritan, Union City, Belleville, Roselle,Edison, Perth Amboy, Mount Olive, Jersey City, South Plainfield,and Irvington.
Other recent lease signings announced by the Old Bridge,NJ-based brokerage firm include Ulta Beauty'slease for 10,000 square feet of inline space at Clark Commons, anew 225,000-square-foot center on Raritan Road in Clark, NJ thatwill be anchored by Whole Foods. The lease was brokered by R.J.Brunelli Senior Vice President Ron DeLuca.
