ELIZABETH, NJ—Dollar Tree has signed a leasefor 11,400 square feet to bring its Deal$ storeconcept to 58 Broad St. here.


The lease deal was announced by R.J. Brunelli & Co.LLC, which serves as Dollar Tree's exclusive real estaterepresentative in the state of New Jersey. R.J. Brunelli SeniorVice President Danielle Brunelli-Albrechtrepresented the retailer in the transaction. She also representedDollar Tree last year in its leases for Dollar Tree and Deal$locations in: Neptune, Raritan, Union City, Belleville, Roselle,Edison, Perth Amboy, Mount Olive, Jersey City, South Plainfield,and Irvington.


Other recent lease signings announced by the Old Bridge,NJ-based brokerage firm include Ulta Beauty'slease for 10,000 square feet of inline space at Clark Commons, anew 225,000-square-foot center on Raritan Road in Clark, NJ thatwill be anchored by Whole Foods. The lease was brokered by R.J.Brunelli Senior Vice President Ron DeLuca.


Petco has signed a 13,500-square-foot lease atthe new 100,000-square-foot Marlboro Commons, located at theintersection of Routes 9 and 520. R.J. Brunelli serves as exclusiveleasing agent for the Monmouth County property, which is anchoredby Whole Foods (scheduled to open this spring). The Petco lease wasbrokered by Senior Vice President Bill Lenaz.


In its capacity as exclusive leasing agent for WoodhavenPlaza, a new 117,800-square foot neighborhood shoppingcenter on Texas Road in Old Bridge, R.J. Brunelli brokered dealsfor The Learning Experience (a 10,000-square-footchildren's learning center); Trattoria Ravella (a3,775-square-foot restaurant and pizza shop); JadeNails (1,600 square feet); and Subway(1,200 square feet). All deals were brokered MartyYaged, a sales associate with R.J. Brunelli.
