HOUSTON–Blinds.com has expanded within10255 Richmond Ave. The locally based company,which is a trademark of Global Custom Commerce Inc., will nowoccupy 55,470 square feet.
“This is an excellent location for a growing company,” saidSteve Rocher of CBRE Houston, ina statement. “The Westchase District is central to several majorareas of the city that continue to attract young talent.” CBREdeclined to comment beyond the release.
Blinds.com initially moved into the space 16 months ago. The newlease will nearly double the company's space.
