TIJUANA, MEXICO—NAI Mexico says that industry veteran Rhyne Brown has joined its corporate team as executive vice president, global client development.

Rhyne Brown comes to NAI Mexico from the corporate parent organization, NAI Global, headquartered in New York. For the last 14 years, his professional focus was growing and managing commercial real estate operations. With more than four decades in commercial real estate experience, Brown has consulted, brokered, developed, and managed operations throughout North America.

While at NAI Global, he also managed corporate services sales teams and was awarded recognition by NAI Global for organization and management of its North American team.

Gary Swedback, NAI Mexico CEO noted, "Rhyne has a unique skill to establish strong relationships with his clients and create follow on structures to service their needs across a global platform.

We are delighted to welcome him as an internationally recognized expert in both corporate solutions for global clients and investment sales. He also provides NAI Mexico extensive relationships with other global scale commercial brokers, consultants and bankers, which will increase investment sales opportunities for NAI Mexico's customers in North America and beyond."

Brown's corporate clients include British Aerospace PLC, Booze Allen Hamilton, AEG Automation Systems, Continental Systems, Pfizer, and more than 30 additional public and private global companies.
Brown will work with NAI Mexico's 10 offices to identify and coordinate the corporate planning for NAI Mexico's clients from North America, Asia, and Europe. His ability to identify solutions for clients requiring assistance in Mexico and Latin America is expected to provide a strong value to global firms, NAI said. Brown will be based in Tijuana, working throughout Mexico, Latin America, US, and Canada.
