BULLHEAD CITY—An $18 million assisted livingfacility broke ground in Brookfield Communities'Fox Creek master-planned development. Joshua Springs will be a95,300-square-foot facility with 74 assisted living apartments and30 apartments specifically built for the memory care residents.

The facility will be built in Fox Creek, one of the region'smaster-planned communities with thousands of homes and residents.Joshua Springs will be located adjacent to a planned five-acremedical office complex anchored by five 7,500-square-foot medicaloffice buildings, targeted and marketed to medical/physicianpractices and health-related service providers. The care facilityis expected to create more than 50 full-time jobs.
