PORTLAND, OR—A plan for a spec-developed 493,000-squarefoot logistics center here has been announced byPCCP, LLC and joint venture partner SpechtDevelopment, Inc.

The 28-acre site of the project is in the Airport Waysubmarket located north of the city along theColumbia River.

Interstate Crossroads Distribution Center isplanned as a crossdocked distribution facility will offer 32' clearheight and sufficient bay depths to divide the building intomultiple suites if necessary.
