JENKINS TOWNSHIP, PA—Entertainment company SkyZone will occupy 20,400 square feet of space and openNortheastern Pennsylvania's first trampoline park atMericle Commercial Real Estate Services'CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park Eastbuilding here.

The new venture to be launched at the site by Sky Zone, called“Sky Zone Scranton,” which will feature will feature connectingtrampolines in an open court with approximately 12,500 square feetof jump space, two dodge ball courts, a "SkySlam" basketball court,a fitness class called "SkyRobics" and a Foam Zone. The familyentertainment business is expected to open this September at the120,000-square-foot flex building at 525 Keystone Ave.

“We think Sky Zone will be a great addition to the localentertainment landscape," said Mericle Vice President BobBesecker, who coordinated the project. SteveClipman from Bennett Williams Realty,Inc. located in York, PA, represented Sky Zone in thistransaction.
