DALLAS–Henry Terech has been promoted to seniorvice president at Transwestern. In his newposition, Terech will provide project management services,construction management, project consulting, and managementservices to clients throughout the area. He will also continue tooversee the company's Midland/Odessa projectmanagement group.

The 25-year industry veteran, joined Transwestern in 2001. Priorto this position, Terech was a private consultant forDunhill Development. He also worked as the seniorvice president of Extell Development.


In the course of his career he has managed the development ofmore than 3 million square feet of ground-up construction, 4.5million square feet of commercial office tenants improvements andmore than 1,000 luxury multifamily units. These projects have anaggregate value of more than $1 billion.
