Cairo Corners, a Harveys Supermarket-anchoredretail center, just traded for $2.818 million inCairo, GA. The sale price equals $59 per square foot and includes atriple net lease guarantee.
Rafeal Wright and JonathanGraber represented the seller, Cairo SunProperties LTD, a Florida limited liability company basedin Boca Raton, FL. The buyer is a Delaware Corporation with anoffice in Boston.
