CBRE also represented The Hampshire Companiesin the firm's recent sale of its 81 Kingsbridge Rd. industrialproperty in Piscataway to Super Win EnterprisesCorp., a nationwide paper and plastics distributor.
Performance Team Freight Systems, a transportation and logisticscompany, renewed its lease at the site due to its locationaladvantages and the six acres of trailer parking available at thesite. The property, which totals 656,255 square feet, is near theNew Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 287, the Garden State Parkway androutes 1, 9 and 27.
