WARSAW—A new DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre opened last week in Warsaw, welcoming its first guests in the Polish capital. The 360-room new build hotel is one of the largest conference venues in Eastern Europe, and the latest addition to Hilton Worldwide's growing portfolio in the region. The hotel is owned by Polaris Hospitality Enterprises Sp.z.o.o. and is operated under a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide.

Situated in tranquil landscaped gardens, the hotel includes 20 conference rooms, and a grand 21,527 square feet ballroom, capable of accommodating up to 2,000 people. Guests can take advantage of the many treatments on offer at the hotel's state of the art spa, which includes 18 dedicated treatment rooms, and a relaxing 82 foot indoor swimming pool.

“DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Warsaw combines large scale, quality conference and meeting space with a range of upscale spa and food & beverage amenities,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. “This hotel is a superb example of DoubleTree and a welcome addition to our brand portfolio, which now boasts more than 70 hotels open or under development in Europe.”

DoubleTree by Hilton is known for its unique CARE culture, which is a core philosophy of every hotel. CARE stands for 'Create A Rewarding Experience', for guests, team members and the community, empowering team members to provide the special comforts and acts of kindness that make the traveler feel human again.

The new hotel is located on Skalnicowa Street, Warsaw, close to both Chopin and Modlin Airports, providing convenient transport links for international guests. Warsaw city centre is eight five miles from the hotel, and the atmospheric old town is known for its architecture and history, and abundance of parks and public spaces.

Simon Vincent, president, EMEA, Hilton Worldwide said, “Having celebrated a decade in the EU earlier this month, Poland's GDP has grown on average by 4% since 2004. The country's attractiveness as a business destination has grown considerably in recent years and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Warsaw caters to strong demand in the capital of Warsaw. This new hotel is a fine example of our upscale DoubleTree brand.”
