WASHINGTON, DC—Logan Hardware is moving to a new location in the District after Perseus Realty expands the site by 4,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor retail space. To that end Perseus has tapped UIP General Contracting for the adaptive reuse.

Logan Hardware is occupying 6,500-square feet space at 1416 P St, NW. It will be moving to 1734-36 14th St., to take 12,500 square feet after the retail space has been added to the two rowhouses.

UIPGC will add new structural, mechanical, and conveying systems. The existing masonry façade at the historic buildings will stay in place.
