WASHINGTON, DC—Logan Hardware is moving to a new location in theDistrict after Perseus Realty expands the site by 4,000-square feetof indoor and outdoor retail space. To that end Perseus has tappedUIP General Contracting for the adaptive reuse.

Logan Hardware is occupying 6,500-square feet space at 1416 PSt, NW. It will be moving to 1734-36 14th St., to take 12,500square feet after the retail space has been added to the tworowhouses.

UIPGC will add new structural, mechanical, and conveyingsystems. The existing masonry façade at the historic buildings willstay in place.
