WASHINGTON, DC—While the storied Patterson Mansion in DupontCircle is slated for conversion to micro apartments, a nearbyoffice building has come to market.


Brokerage firm Cassidy Turley is marketing 11Dupont Circle, a nine-story 155,713-square-foot office building topotential buyers, according to the Washington Business Journal.


The fully-leased property was acquired by SC Dupont FEEInc. for $18 million eight years ago.
