WASHINGTON, DC—While the storied Patterson Mansion in Dupont Circle is slated for conversion to micro apartments, a nearby office building has come to market.
Brokerage firm Cassidy Turley is marketing 11 Dupont Circle, a nine-story 155,713-square-foot office building to potential buyers, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The fully-leased property was acquired by SC Dupont FEE Inc. for $18 million eight years ago.
