DETROIT—Friedman Integrated Real EstateSolutions, a commercial real estate firm with operationsacross the country, has just hired Andrew Ledgeras its new business development manager.
Ledger will conduct market research and help identify newclients and markets for the Farmington Hills, MI-based firm, andcoordinate plans to capture new business. In addition, he willsurvey existing clients to ensure performance.
Friedman currently manages over 140 facilities with more than 16million-square-feet of commercial space and about 7,000multi-family units. Its brokerage team has over 800 currentlistings with $10 billion in closed transactions.
