DALLAS—CBRE Dallas announcesthat Phil Puckett and DaveAnderson have been named Office Broker of the Yearand Industrial Broker of the Year, respectively, by the North Texaschapter of NAIOP.
Broker of the Year candidates are nominated by principal membersof the NAIOP North Texas chapter and are selected based onconsistent, outstanding performance; excellent reputation forhonesty and integrity; and active involvement in volunteerorganizations in the Dallas area.
