SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ—Piramal Glass USA, apackaging solutions company for the pharmaceutical, perfume andliquor industries, has leased 209,106 square feet of distributionand office space at 329 Herrod Blvd. here.
The deal was announced by brokerage firm ColliersInternational. The building is owned by LibertyProperty Trust of Malvern, PA and will serve as anexpansion and relocation of operations from Piramal's currentwarehouse facility in May's Landing, NJ.
Piramal Glass was represented by the Colliers' team ofJim Scott and Marc Isdaner basedin in the brokerage firm's Southern New Jersey offices andJohn Kainer based in Collier's Central New Jerseylocation.
