Schneider previously was principal of Schneider Commercial, afirm that had partnered with CBRE to market properties inMaryland's Eastern Shore. His hire means CBRE will be wellpositioned to respond to the fast-growing demands for real estateservices on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Southern Delaware,said Peter B. Carroccio, CBRE's managing directorof Suburban Maryland in a prepared statement. He called the area"an emerging market that is well positioned to become a majormarket in the Mid-Atlantic."

Schneider has experience in landlord/tenant representation,investment sales, property, construction and project management,consulting, financing, and appraisal services.
