ORLANDO—It's one of the last large development opportunities inCentral Florida's growing tourist corridor—and it's up for abankruptcy-court-ordered auction in August. The minimum bid on the225-acre Posner Park is $25.25 million.

Susan Morris and Nick Jones ofColliers International Central Florida, along withLarry Stockton and Michael Fay ofColliers International Miami, are facilitating thedisposition. Pursuant to the bankruptcy saleprocedures, final bids for prospective buyers are due by Aug. 4.The auction is scheduled for Aug. 12.
