BOSTON—Real estate veteran Doug Adamian hasjoined global property services firm DTZ's Bostonoffice as a senior vice president in its brokerage operations.
Adamian, who has 20 years experience in commercial real estate,joined DTZ after serving as senior managing director withNewmark Grubb Knight Frank. He has also heldsenior-level advisory roles with GVA Thompson Hennessey andPartners, and Grubb & Ellis. Both firms merged with NewmarkKnight Frank.
During his career, Adamian has transacted more than 500 realestate transactions that included deals with Firestone Financial,SAI Global, Viewpoint Creative, Polaroid, Bessemer, Walgreens,PointRight, Santander and National Center on Time and Learning.
