MIAMI—Another condo project is breaking ground in the emergingEast Edgewater neighborhood. But Biscayne Beach, a 51-storywaterfront tower, is bringing something a little different toMiami's urban core: a private man-made beach.

Located at 711 NE 29th Street along Biscayne Bay, Biscayne Beachis a development of Eastview Development andGTIS Partners. The luxury condo project is set toopen in 2016.
