ATLANTA—Commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory firmBull Realty reports it has once again increasedits presence in the Atlanta marketplace.
The firm has expanded its Atlanta headquarters office at50 Glenlake Parkway. Bull Realty originallyoccupied 9,166 square feet, expanded to more than 12,100 squarefeet last year, and now has increased its leased space at theproperty to 15,075 square feet at HighwoodsProperties' Glenlake Office Park.
The office features a large open coffee shop area with a view ofStudio One, a state-of-the-art radio/video studio where thenationally syndicated “Commercial Real Estate Show” hosted by BullRealty CEO Michael Bull is produced. The spacealso has a new high-tech meeting room, a lounge with a large screenand an impressive executive boardroom. Facilitec designed the spaceand consulted on furniture.
