SANTA CLARA, CA—City Park, a local provider of professional parking services in the San Francisco Bay Area has contracted to provide the management and operational oversight to the parking program for Levi's Stadium.

The new home of the San Francisco 49ers, Levi's Stadium will open in August 2014.  The stadium will serve as a multi-purpose facility, hosting a variety of events, including; concerts, soccer, college football, and for major events such as Super Bowl 50 in 2016.  The venue cost approximately $1.2 billion to build, will have approximately 1.85 million square feet, seat approximately 68,500, and will have an expected 165 luxury suites and 8,500 club seats, and over 25,000 parking spaces near the stadium.

City Park is involved in some of the highest profile parking projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, including; 5-Star Hotels, class A Office buildings, remotely managed (Unattended) garages, luxury residential parking facilities, and large stadium operations.
