PHOENIX—Conference Services International, a national trade showand exposition contractor, signed a seven-year lease for 75,660square feet at 4802 W. Van Buren St. in Phoenix. Move-in isexpected on Sept. 1.
Lee & Associates Arizona principalsStein Koss and Tom Louer workedto secure this transaction by negotiating key concessions to bringabout a mutually-agreeable outcome. The tenant was procured by theKoss/Louer team while the landlord, DCTIndustrial, was represented by JLL.
CSI will be moving from the their existing facility at 2001 S.15th Ave. American Tire who also occupies the property had a needto expand into the entire building. In an effort to accommodate thebuilding ownership, Cobalt Industrial REIT ofDallas, CSI agreed to move out with the proper concessions.
