NEW YORK CITY-DTZ has appointed Will Golden as a SVP of brokerage in its office here.

The 25-year industry veteran joins the firm after 10 years with CBRE as a first VP. Previously, he served in senior consulting roles with Johnson Controls/USI, Cushman & Wakefield and the MONY Group. Having represented many Fortune 100 companies in financial services, accounting, advertising, healthcare, consumer products, publishing and manufacturing, Golden has negotiated more than 10 million square feet of transactions.

Some of his clients have included Fidelity Investments, General Electric, Lucent Technologies, Panasonic, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Royal Bank of Canada, Siemens and more.
