NEW YORK CITY-DTZ has appointed Will Golden as a SVP ofbrokerage in its office here.
The 25-year industry veteran joins the firm after 10 years withCBRE as a first VP. Previously, he served in senior consultingroles with Johnson Controls/USI, Cushman & Wakefield and theMONY Group. Having represented many Fortune 100 companies infinancial services, accounting, advertising, healthcare, consumerproducts, publishing and manufacturing, Golden has negotiated morethan 10 million square feet of transactions.
Some of his clients have included Fidelity Investments, GeneralElectric, Lucent Technologies, Panasonic, PricewaterhouseCoopers,Royal Bank of Canada, Siemens and more.
