PRINCETON, NJ—Cushman & Wakefield reports it has been named leasing agent by Ivy Realty for its 150 College Road West office building here.

The 71,000-square-foot office building, located in the Route 1 corridor in Princeton, was recently acquired by Ivy Realty along with the adjoining 154,000 –square-foot 100 College Road West office building, which is fully leased.

Cushman's Paul Giannone, Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton of the firm's Edison, NJ office will be handling the leasing assignment. Essential Power Services recently signed a lease for 14,500 square feet for its headquarters at 150 College Road West, and the building's remaining 56,500 square feet is now being marketed for lease.

“The building is very well-positioned in a park-like setting, with incredible visibility from Route 1 and possible monument signage opportunities in the heart of the Princeton market,” says Anthony DiTommaso, Jr. co- CEO of Ivy Realty. “Both buildings, in fact, are going to undergo a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program that will include upgrades to the common areas."

“Princeton is esteemed, world-renowned, and one of the most stable office markets in New Jersey,” says C&W's Elfand, “offering access to an abundant and desirable work force. We have already had a great deal of interest in 150 College Road West's availabilities."
