PHILADELPHIA—William G. Luff Jr., a formersenior executive with Cushman & Wakefield and Trammel Crow, hasjoined Colliers International's office here as asenior managing director.
Luff, who has more than 30 years commercial real estateexperience, spent 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield where hewas the senior executive in charge of the Mid-Atlantic region. Morerecently, he oversaw Trammel Crow's growth in Philadelphia. He alsowas executive vice president/managing director at Jones LangLaSalle and was also an executive at Stockton Real EstatePartners.
During his career, he successfully managed the exclusiverepresentation of more than 14 million-square feet for clients inthe REIT, institutional, entrepreneurial, financial and servicersectors. He also facilitated more than 3 million-square-feet intenant advisory services for clients in the financial, legal andeducational sectors.
