NAPA VALLEY, CA—An 88-acre parcel of undeveloped Napa Valley land is being offered at auction for $100 million, according to a local media report. The Press Democrat says the land is one of the last large, untouched properties in the area.

The Calistoga Hills Resort property at the northern end of Napa Valley was set to go to auction this week through Christie's International Real Estate.

The Calistoga Hills Resort price tag “does put a high water mark in the Napa Valley. It would be the largest land resort sale in Napa,” said Hillary Marino, the listing agent for Pacific Union, who spake with the paper.

The property comes with development entitlement. Calistoga voters in 2013 approved a measure that allows for plans that include a 110-room luxury hotel, 20 private villa residences, and 13 estate homes.
